So far,the mainstream products of spinal implants mainly fall into two categories,one is the spinal internal fixation system composed of bone plates,fixation rods, screws,etc.alone or combined, and the other is the interbody fusion device.The field of spinal orthopedics has developed to today's relatively mature,new technologies and new therapies continue to emerge,and the means of disease diagnosis,treatment and evaluation have gradually improved.The future development trend of spinal surgery is the precision,minimally invasive and intelligent surgery.However,there is no consensus on the clinical treatment of spinal diseases such as elderly spinal diseases,spinal pain,spinal functional disorders,spinal osteoporosis,instability and iatrogenic spinal degeneration.
In the future,orthopaedic technology will realize the large-scale preparation of bioactive molecules related to orthopaedic repair (various induced stem cells and bone growth factors).Basic theory of bone tissue in situ regeneration,3D structure control of bone tissue engineering scaffold materials.The functional modification of implant materials and the specific subdivision direction of bone biomechanics.
