In order to improve the repair effect of secondary deformity after maxillofacial bone trauma and ensure the reliability of fixation after reduction, the small titanium plate rigid internal fixation technique was used for fixation after osteotomy and fracture reduction. Small titanium plate strong internal fixation operation is simple and flexible, easy to shape, fixed firmly and reliably, can ensure three-dimensional fixed. In particular, the stage I repair and stage II reconstruction of complex comminuted fractures have the advantages that traditional wire ligation fixation can not compare with. It can not only reassemble the crushed fracture, but more importantly, it can ensure the specific anatomical shape requirements of the maxillofacial bone by shaping the titanium plate. Small titanium plate rigid internal fixation is a reliable and effective internal fixation technique, which is suitable for the fixation of fracture reduction after various maxillofacial trauma.
